How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Depending on your location, standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days via USPS or UPS.
What is your return policy for food items?
For safety and health reasons, we cannot accept returns on food products. However, if your items arrive damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours for a replacement or refund.
Are Missy's recipes and seasonings allergen-friendly?
Each product page contains a full list of ingredients and potential allergens. While many of our blends are gluten-free, they are produced in a facility that also processes wheat, nuts, and dairy.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Mountain Cookin' with Missy only ships within the United States and to APO/FPO addresses to ensure product freshness and reasonable shipping rates.
How can I track my package?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your package's progress.
