The design of the Chef’s Dicer features a 5¼ʺ blade and is 9½ʺ in overall length. It’s a serious-looking knife but is tons of fun to use. It’s nicely balanced and you’ll get a good grip while you’re chopping all kinds of food in your kitchen.
RECOMMENDED USES
There are so many uses for this cool knife. Use it to cut up stir-fry veggies, quickly chop an onion to lessen the flow of “onion tears,” dice ham to toss onto your salad, cut through an apple in one swipe, and so much more. Produce and meat drawers beware!

When needed, non-serrated blades can be easily resharpened using the Rada Quick Edge Knife Sharpener.
HANDLE
This knife has two handle options. The silver handle is made from permanently cast brushed aluminum and has a satin finish. The black handle is constructed from stainless steel resin. Both are incredibly durable and fit beautifully into any kitchen décor.
